Cancellation Policies

– For a 50% refund of accommodation fees, cancellation must be made 30 full days before check in.
– If the guest cancels less than 30 days, no refund.
-If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, the nights not spent are not refunded.
– A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest send an email to zantesuites@gmail.com

For Early Booking is 100% payment in advance without cancellation refund.

 
Covid Policy:
– if the guests can not travell due to official covid goverment restristions,  they can transfer the dates for next year, only for once and according to our availability. The change must be at least 30 fully days before check in. Otherwise is not valid.
– The new booking rate is with no discount
– If the guest cancels less than 30 days, no refund.
