The doors and windows of all rooms should be opened daily for natural ventilation.
We use special chemicals for disinfection


The maximum total number of people entering the pool at any given time will not be greater than 8.

When consuming drinks in bars, only packaged individual accompaniments are provided

The layout of the seats, sun beds, chairs, umbrellas is at least 2 meters in each direction

Goods must be received by specific staff members who always wear gloves and masks.

Hotel log book
For public health protection, we keep an updated record of staff members and all guests staying at the hotel – name, nationality, date of arrival and departure, contact details (address, telephone, e-mail), so that communication is possible if a coronavirus case is identified at a later time.
The General Regulation on Personal Data Protection (GDPR) must be observed and all staff members and guests must be informed that their information will be kept on file for reasons of public health protection.
It is necessary to record and update all events that may occur in the log book.

If a visitor shows symptoms compatible with COVID19 infection, the following applies:

The doctor with whom the tourist accommodation cooperates or hospital is called to evaluate the incident.

If the incident is assessed as possible COVID-19 by the examining doctor, we communicate IMMEDIATELY with EODY at 210 5212054 or the special four-digit number 1135 (24 hours a day), for a statement of treatment and the suspect's case.

During the above waiting period, the entry of staff into the patient's room is avoided, if there is no significant reason. If necessary, a staff member of the accommodation is advised to deal exclusively with the possible case.

 If confirmed as a case of COVID, it is transferred to the special quarantine hotel and later to a health facility that will accommodate patients with COVID-19 if they need treatment. If not confirmed as a case of COVID, it is treated at the hotel with the instructions of the treating doctor.

Or  visitor transferred to the hospital  for the covid 19 test.

Basic measures to prevent covid 19 spread

Wear a face mask

Wash your hand regularly and thoroughly

Avoid touching your mouth, nose and eyes

Dispose your mask and gloves safely in waste bins

Cough or sneeze into your elbow or a tissue

Keep your distance

Avoid using elevator

Prefer contactless transactions when are available

 We supply Special kit (medical kit) for the case of suspected case, such as gloves and disposable masks, antiseptics, cleaning wipes, apron, long-sleeved robe, laser thermometer.
